Add $25 pp if you want a private bus / luxury van, one vehicle where everyone is together. 

 

With new Covid Policies, event deposits are no longer required to book. 

 

Most wineries have maximum 6 ppl per booking.  

This means if you have a group over 6 then you will be split into 2 tables for each winery. 

 

Payment is due in full 7 days before event date.

 

No refunds on events if canceled for any reason within 72 hours. 

 

If Covid government regulations change and the event needs to be canceled, your money will be fully refunded within 72 hours. 

You can also get a full credit towards a new future date.

$80 + hst Event Service Booking Fee is Due to book and is non refundable ( this is not a deposit ).

Event Service Planning Fee, 2 hours total @ $40 / hour. 

This includes all planning, invoicing, preparation, food allergies, changes, communications and strategic planning and personal details coordinated with you along with wine tour prepping, coordinating and planning. 

If I go over the pre determined 2 hours, then our hourly fee is waived. 

 

Names ( first / last ) of all participants must now be included in the invoice ( when filling out booking form, please list the names in comments section ). 

 

3.5 - 4 HOUR TOUR plus travel.

Most areas include travel fee in per person price ( PEC / Quinte / Northumberland ).

 

• Van(s) with Professional and knowledgeable tour guide(s).

• Photo shoot of the day ( uploaded via web link for you to access later - edited photos ).

• Lunch with vegan / gluten free option, chef catered box style.

• 3 wineries ( tastings included ). 

 

Option B 

• 2 wineries ( tastings included ) and 1 Cidery with all flights and a cider slushy.

We offer customization and details for your special occasion ( birthdays / bachelorette / bachelor / reunions or just because etc ... ).

 

Other areas for pick up / drop off available as well ( flat rate travel fee applies ) east of Bowmanville, within 1.5 hours of the county. 

 

This includes all clean up, we take care of everything keeping your group on time and all of your purchases are kept organized.

We suggest 10:00 - 11:00 am starting time ( other times are available but not guaranteed ).

 

Gratuity is extra, which covers all of the wineries, host(s) and driver ( 10 - 15 % of the total event before tax ).
