No refunds on events if canceled for any reason within 72 hours ( PARTIAL CREDIT IS AVAILABLE FOR A FUTURE TOUR ).

If Covid government regulations change and the event needs to be canceled, your money will be fully refunded within 72 hours.
You can also get a full credit towards a new future date.

$80 + hst Event Service Booking Fee is required to book and is non refundable ( this is not a deposit ).
Event Service Planning Fee,
This includes all planning, invoicing, preparation, food allergies, changes, communications and strategic planning and personal details coordinated with you along with wine tour prepping, coordinating and planning.
If I go over the pre determined planning hours, then no extra service fee applies.
Names ( first / last ) of all participants must now be included in the invoice ( when filling out booking form, please list the names in comments section, this can be done at a later time up until 2 weeks prior to date ).

Your transportation ( pick up and drop off ) and all of your tastings are included in the price ( 2 drop off pick up points ) if more pick up drop offs please ask us ( extra fee ).
We offer one of a kind tours ( since 2012 ) that no one else offers!
You are getting an experience that is fun, interactive and we take care of everything, so you can enjoy the day!
We offer customization and details for your special occasion ( birthdays / bachelorette / bachelor / reunions or just because etc ... ).
Other areas for pick up / drop off available as well ( flat rate travel fee applies ).

Gratuity is extra, which covers all of the wineries, host(s) and driver ( 10 - 15 % of the total event before tax ).
